Yes, we do offer treatments to minors who are at least 13 years of age. We do require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. We also offer 50% off to teenagers on a range of suitable skin treatments for acne concerns.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice or a $50 fee will be charged. If you arrive late, we’ll simply reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid cutting the next client’s appointment short. However, if you are more than 10minutes late you’ll be charged a $50 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment. You can cancel your appointment by signing into your account.

We require a credit card to guarantee your appointment however, your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to cancel or reschedule more than 48hours prior to the start of your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.
